The free digital business capability program ‘Is your training organisation NBN ready?’will be launched in June 2012 to support small to medium sized training organisations make the most of the National Broadband Network (NBN).

There is strong evidence that the NBN will be a key enabler for many Australian businesses, including training organisations.  However, this will require these businesses to be digitally capable and ‘NBN ready’.

‘Is your training organisation NBN ready?’ is designed to enable small to medium sized training organisations to successfully operate and grow in the new digital economy being created through the NBN.

‘Is your training organisation NBN ready?’  will be delivered over eight weeks through a combination of face to face and online training and professional networking sessions.

Training organisations will evaluate their digital effectiveness, increase their digital capability and learn how to use technology to network and promote their business.

‘Is your training organisation NBN ready?’  will be rolled out in Townsville, Brisbane and Toowoomba, three key Queensland NBN sites.
